Machining for mortise and cylinder locks

Our standard lock preparation includes machining for either cylinder or mortise style locks. Machining must be specified at the time of ordering. The image at right shows examples of standard lock preparations. The top image shows a cylinder lock prep, the bottom image shows a mortise lock prep.

Custom machining is available for other types of hardware:

• Deadbolt
• Thumbturn
• Flushbolt
• Multi-point

Please provide us with a sample of the hardware for all custom machining requirements.
